Tracy is the most brilliant, empathetic, Pilates teacher you could find. Alongside her deep knowledge, constant learning, and experience of sports massage therapy, she understands how to use Pilates to maintain strength and agility as we age. Our class is all of mature age and the whole session is designed to help each of us individually, with our different strengths and weaknesses, become stronger and healthier through our whole bodies. It is no exaggeration to say that attending her class for the past four years has improved my body shape, my energy and flexibility and helped to keep me safe from falling over (which is a real risk as get older). She encourages us, and pushes us, with constant encouragement and humour. She is entirely focussed on what we need, individually, to keep us going. Her classes are a delight and something we all look forward to with massive enthusiasm.

Three years ago I was prevented going on a walk in Cornwall by a stile I couldn’t climb over, because my legs had weakened (at 81). I was recommended to Tracy by friends, and since then have had 1-2-1 sessions most weeks, initially massages and gentle exercise, building to a full-on session of Pilates exercise now.
My children say I have better posture, seem taller, and fitter. For myself I am more confident getting around and generally happier with my body. That stile would have no chance now, though I am three years older.
